Delivery

Delivery is made within a few days (depending on the place/country of delivery). Delivery is door to door to any address. In case of failed delivery, no special fee is charged for the return of the shipment.

The shipping price is calculated automatically on the shopping cart page, depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.

The goods are insured against loss during delivery. If the buyer does not receive the package, he must notify the seller so that he can take action to find or send a new shipment.

Goods are shipped within a few days after receiving the order (working days). Immediately after the shipment of the goods, we will inform you about the tracking code with which you can check at any time where your shipment is being shipped. Delivery of goods will be within 5 working days after dispatch.

By purchasing, the customer agrees to write a phone number on the package label for the purpose of easier and faster delivery.

Complaints

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to complain. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Law on Obligations and the Law on Consumer Protection. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product or return the entire amount paid to the customer within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint.

Unilateral termination of the contract
The consumer may, without giving a reason, unilaterally terminate this contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or upon its receipt. The right to unilaterally terminate the contract starts from the date of delivery, i.e. from the date of personal collection of the shipment. In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must provide the trader with a written notice stating that he is terminating the contract. The notification must be written on a permanent medium and contain the information indicated below, and can be delivered as a letter sent by post or electronic mail. If the consumer exercises his right of unilateral termination, he will not bear the related costs except for the direct costs of returning the goods. We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back to us. You can fill out and send a copy of the form for unilateral termination of the contract electronically. We will send you the confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.
