Family tradition and authentic tastes of the Motovun forest
It all started in the fifties of the last century. Our nono then, out of pure love for nature, started hunting for truffles in the dense Istrian forests. At that time, these underground gems were just a modest hobby, nowhere near the status of "Istrian gold" today.
Over the decades, the skill of finding truffles has become our most valuable dowry. Our father continued the tradition, and today his son is leading it into a new era. We combine modern quality standards with original, traditional picking methods, ensuring that authenticity remains at the core of everything we do.

Motovun
Our home is Motovun, a medieval gem above the Mirna river valley. The Romans called Istria Terra Magica, and its heart – the Motovun Forest – is the world's most famous habitat for the white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico).
It is from this biologically rich forest that the truffles that make up the base of our products originate. We are proud to be able to share the fruits of this special micro-location with lovers of fine food around the world.
